Appearance: Chika is your typical posh looking 15 year old. Tall for his age Chika looks more like a 18 year old then his actual age. Standing at about 5’7 he has a slender build with a graceful air around him. Chika was popular around the ladies in his previous school before he was forced to transfer to Gakuin Jr. High Division. His hair is milk chocolate brown with amber brown eyes. His hair is cut in a fashionable style of the times.

Personality: Chika has an upbeat personality and is hard to get down. He is more likely to tease you then actually pick a fight with you. He is often found to be upbeat despite how depressing life can get. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a darker side, however that mostly come out at home towards his father and ditzy sister. Chika can sometimes be a bit of a kiss ass when it comes to get work done, and isn’t scared of humbling himself to get what he wants.

History:

This is a story of a normal well off young boy, after his beloved, hard working, and beautiful mother died, whose family fell deep into debt and now he must some how keep it all together. Chika Tsugumi was what every male student wanted to be, Tall, popular, handsome, with a fantastic music ability until January 16th 2004 when his father was fired, and his elder sister ran them into poor house. Chika’s mother was the one who kept everyone in check, and without her it seemed like the family would, and did fall apart. Tamiko(as he calls himself now) is Chika’s father who suppressed his cross dressing habits until his beloved wife passed away. It was unlucky though when his boss at his company found him in the bathroom wearing pink color women’s underwear.

That was the first disaster.

The second, was his sister’s Umiko who to combat the grief of losing her mother the 17 year old went on a shopping rampage. Umiko bought everything from 3 massaging computer desk chairs, to 20 limited edition hello kitty flu masks. This caused the Tsugumi’s money to run out quickly.

Finally Chika had enough and forced his cross dressing father to get a job at a host bar which specialized in that sort of thing, and banned his sister from both the TV shopping shows and the computer. Stepping up into his Mother’s role of keeping the family together, he some how managed to keep them from being homeless.

Gone was the nice house in the suburbs of Tokyo, replaced with slummy streets and broken down apartments near the red light district.

Beyond that Chika also lost the chance to go to the music school of his dreams, and has to put his music career on hold. He is hoping at least in High School he will be able to show case his talents in playing the Cello, but highly doubts it. Still he practices unable to let go of that dream to play in one of Japan’s famous orchestras

This good looking boy has also picked up a few part time jobs to also help the financial bind they are in. He works as a house maid cleaning up people’s homes. Oddly enough, he gets to see other families in their own homes, and finds himself grateful of his dysfunctional family.
